Mission Statement |
Philadelphia’s network of Financial Empowerment Centers provides free one-on-one financial counseling with professionally trained counselors to help clients transition from debt management to saving.
The Financial Empowerment Centers launched in March 2013 with the support of Bloomberg Philanthropies. The project is a joint initiative of the Mayor’s Office of Community Empowerment & Opportunity and its partner, Clarifi, the region’s leading financial counseling non-profit. |
