Description of Service Live/work space developments for artists in the Twin Cities area and in cities throughout the U.S. Artspace projects transform an unused or underutilized historic building into fully functioning facilities, creating affordable spaces for artists to live, work, exhibit, perform, and conduct business, and serve as catalysts for neighborhood revitalization.

Anyone who qualifies for affordable housing may apply for residency in an Artspace project, but we give preference to those applicants who participate in, and are committed to, the arts.
