The column free studios feature wood-sprung floors, portable and fixed ballet barres, pianos, and sound/video playback systems. Each studio also has heating, air-conditioning, and natural light. An additional multi-purpose studio is also available (see below). Other amenities include dressing rooms with showers and lockers, vending machines, two outdoor terraces and two lounges. Subsidized rates are available to the dance community for the creation of new work or for rehearsal.
