Send a letter detailing need, copies of unpaid bills, medical estimates from a doctor, proof of inability to pay, resume, reviews or notices regarding exhibitions, photos, or slides and 2 letters of reference from someone in the field. No video tapes. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. |
