Open to Latinx artists with at least ten (10) years of experience working in any artistic discipline with demonstrated mastery of the craft. The award supports an exemplary Mentor-Mentee project that enables reciprocal knowledge and skill transfer between a Latinx artist with demonstrated mastery in an artistic discipline and a Latinx mentee artist. |

• Artist/ Ensemble must be a member of NALAC;
• Artist/ Ensemble must not have received funding from the NFA during the previous cycle; and
• Artist/ Ensemble members must have submitted Final Report for any previously awareded NFA grants.
• Artist must be established with at least ten years of experience working in her/his artistic discipline with demonstrated mastery of her/his craft.
• Establish a mentor/mentee relationship with another Latino artist.
• Project must result in the transfer of skills and creation of work that demonstrates the mentor/mentee relationship.
• A portion of the funds from this award must be used to provide funding support to the mentee artist.
• The project must advance the work of both mentor and mentee.
