Mission Statement The Indianapolis LGBT Film Festival is a fundraiser for Indiana Youth Group (IYG). IYG provides a safe place, a confidential environment, and youth development programs and support services which foster personal strength and wellness among self-identified lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people. IYG advocates on their behalf in schools, on the streets, and in the community.

The Indianapolis LGBT Film Festival is a division of Indy Pride, Inc. Through its purpose, Indy Pride fosters events that seek to educate, honor the history of the LGBT communities and celebrate the diversity of and create unity, in and between, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Straight communities. Best known for the yearly Circle City IN Pride Festival, which has expanded to a week long schedule of events celebrating every aspect of our community, Indy Pride, Inc. does philanthropic work throughout the year to support many organizations throughout Central Indiana.
