The SPARK grant program funds temporary artistic/cultural projects of all disciplines to engage residents and visitors of the Spark District with street-level activity.
Individuals applying for this grant program must:
Be able to demonstrate that they are professionals working within an artistic/cultural discipline
Be a resident of one of the following counties: Duval, Nassau, St. Johns, Clay or Baker
