$tand By Me® is a coalition of community partners, led by the State of Delaware and United Way of Delaware. Their mission is to provide Delawareans with a personal financial coach and a toolkit to navigate the challenges leading to personal financial security. $tand By Me® combines resources and creates packages of financial empowerment services for low-to-moderate income families. Their financial empowerment centers are co-located within public agencies, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and businesses who embrace shared goals of reaching and serving Delawareans who want to take charge of their financial future. |
