Description of Service The Rhode Island Teaching Artists Center (RITAC) is a collaborative project run by The Gamm Theater and the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts. RITAC supports teaching artists throughout the state.

Applications from artists who want to be selected for the RISCA education roster are accepted on or before October 1st of each calendar year.
