| Description of Service |
VLAA volunteers offer free help to artists and arts organizations from Missouri and Southwestern Illinois with qualifying incomes or budgets on arts-related legal and accounting issues. Problems that are not considered arts-related include traffic violations, personal injury, criminal and family law matters. Applicants who do not qualify may pay $15 for a referral.
